Aviva to unite under a single global brand

As you may have seen in the news, Norwich Union will change to Aviva within the next 2 years.

Aviva is the world's fifth-largest insurance group and the biggest in the UK, with 57,000 employees serving around 45 million customers worldwide. We operate as Aviva in more than 20 of the 27 countries in which we do business.

With our business becoming increasingly global, we need one name our customers can recognise wherever they are in the world.

By joining together and working as one team around the world we will be taking the best of our products and services and bring new ideas to our customers. We're excited about building on strong foundations and our great heritage.

If you're a Norwich Union customer, rest assured there's nothing for you to do. There are no changes to your policy or terms and conditions; everything will remain the same. We will keep you posted.
